A Certified Multi-Agency Gold Incident Commander (MAGIC) from the College of Policing (UK), a Member of the International Association of Emergency Managers (IAEM), International Professional Security Association and a DNV Certified Auditor.

As Commissioner for Public Security and Safety in Edo State, He significantly boosted public security by fostering collaboration between security agencies, transforming the Edo State Vigilante Corps, and establishing a legal framework for its operations. He modernized security infrastructure with the setting up of a world class Command and Control Centre with surveillance Dome cameras across the entire state, improved disaster preparedness through EdoSEMA, and enhanced fire safety by training firefighters and establishing inter-agency synergy.

Previously, He Served as the Managing Director of Avantgarde Management Services Limited (the technical partners to Lagos State Government on Emergency management), Managing Director of Fortune Global Shipping Ltd, Executive Director at Caverton Helicopters Ltd, Chief Operating Officer at Vigeo Farstad Shipping Ltd after his earlier career strides at Intels Nigeria Limited.

He bagged an MBA from University of Port Harcourt and a first degree from University of Benin. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Emergency, Crises and Disaster risk management, Institute of Chartered Chemist of Nigeria and Institute of Corporate Administration. He has attended several Military, leadership and executive courses from Institutions including Harvard Business School, Cambridge University, Negotiation Academy South Africa and AFCSC Jaji, Kaduna State.
